Finishes currently Available

Oil -based Polyurethane: A durable, hard finish that resists water and alcohol. For High-use furniture and outdoor projects. Comes in a variety of sheens. Available in a hand rubbed version or the traditional brushed on version. This picture is oil-based semi-gloss Poly on oak.

Odie’s Oil: A blend of various oils and waxes that creates a lovely, rich, finish that is easily reapplied as necessary. This is a hand rubbed finish like Tried and True that gives a deeper and richer glow the more you rub.

Water-based Polyurethane/Polycrylic: A durable, hard finish that resists water and alcohol excellent for interior woodwork especially eating surfaces and toys. Comes in a variety of sheens. This example is a semi-gloss on redwood.

Antique Oil Finish: A durable hard finish with a soft luster. Easily buffed to a rich hue. This is a hand rubbed finish.

Sanding Sealer: This water-based product is used to seal the wood grain when no enrichment of the color is desired. Used before applying Polyurethane. This example is coated with a water-base poly.

Tried & True (Original Wood Finish): A Hand rubbed Polymerized Linseed Oil & Beeswax finish with no petroleum distillates, derivatives, or heavy metal driers. This environmentally safe finish can give an antique like finish, or semi-gloss finish leaving a beautiful deep luxurious glow.
